About The Position

Spring Footwear Corp. is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to be the face and voice of our brand. As a Customer Service and Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers, partners, and team members experience the warmth, efficiency, and professionalism that define Spring Footwear. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role; direct-to-consumer experience a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - verbal and written
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with grace under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems or platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, or Amazon Seller is a bonus
  • A team player who aligns with Spring Footwear's core values: quality, care, and style
  • English fluency required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
  • Process orders, returns, warranty claims, and shipping/tracking requests efficiently
  • Provide accurate product information and assist with customer education and training needs
  • Log and escalate customer issues when needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Greet guests, vendors, and visitors with a welcoming and polished demeanor
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting for all visitors
