About The Position

The main responsibility of the Customer Service Receptionist is to welcome patients and visitors, guide them to the appropriate location using the visitor check-in system when needed, and offer assistance in the absence of the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills necessary for daily operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and professional phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
  • Direct individuals to their appropriate destinations.
  • Utilize the visitor check-in system as needed.
  • Provide support and assistance in the absence of the supervisor.
