About The Position
Receptionist - Customer Service Representative Texas Truck Center is actively seeking a receptionist to fulfill our customer service needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for taking on rewarding and challenging opportunities where the end result is customer delight and satisfaction. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. If you have a take-charge attitude and an affinity for organizing, we invite you to join the Texas Truck Center family! Requirements
- Exemplary Customer Service Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficient time management and ability to prioritize workloads and multi-task
- A positive and attentive attitude
- Open and honest communication style
- High initiative and motivation
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and maturity to work autonomously
- Good organizational skills
- Strong work ethic is a must
- Attendance and punctuality are imperative
- High school diploma
- 3-4 years' experience
Responsibilities
- Front desk duties: Greet Customers/walk-ins / Switchboard operation
- Perform preliminary customer interviews with prospects
- Inventory administration
- Maintain current customer relations database, completing tasks, phone calls, linking quotes, setting follow-up, etc.
- Produce temporary Buyers Tags
- Monitor daily Google logs
- Upload truck photos and enter truck specifications from check-ins
- Scanning documents to be saved in cloud
- Coordinate Transportation
- Build detailed customer quotes
- Full Support of Sales and Administrative Staff
- Support Service Department: parts sales, billing, open and close repair orders.
- Coordinate warranty work and outside vendor repairs
- Miscellaneous administrative functions and assist with marketing
- Customer Parts Sales / Process Payments
