About The Position

Customer Support for supply chain planning and control activities. Optimize processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze, calculate, and create business or functional concepts for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar
  • 0-5+ years experince post graduation within customer service or account management or supply chain or logistics
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • SAP or similar ERP System experince (Highly Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting account amendments related to deliverable orders for our automotive clients, ensuring seamless fulfillment as a supplier.
  • Proactively and reactively monitor both outbound and incoming shipments and orders, identifying errors and collaborating with customers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Utilize the ERP system (SAP) to track shipments, spot discrepancies, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Analyze processes, identify deficiencies, recommend fixes, and create recommendations
  • Contribute to the implementation of standards and practices
  • Contribute to improvement projects using professional scientific or technical methods
  • Perform focused and specialized in-depth analyses and calculations
  • Research, evaluate, and validate information
  • Advise management in your area of expertise
  • Contribute to overall solutions and support team results
  • Plan and oversee non-routine, multi-function projects or processes
  • Manage repetitive project or business processes
  • Cooperate responsibly with customers, contractors, or vendors
