The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the key contact and internal representative of our company to our customers. This position is the lead in providing five star service to our clientele of corporate travelers, pilots, private plane owners, business partners, and the aviation community. This individual must meet and aim to exceed customer needs and expectations to achieve world-class levels of customer service.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the arrival, parking, fueling, loading, and departure of aircraft
  • Assist customers with requested services such as hangar space, hotel accommodations, car rental, catering, etc.
  • Process fuel transactions and customer purchases
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries
