The Customer Relations Associate performs various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information and direction to customers. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The associate will handle customer merchandise returns, complete refund/exchange paperwork, sort returns, sell hunting and fishing licenses, and administer incentive and reward programs. They must remain product knowledgeable and aware of advertised sales, keeping their work area clean and neat. The associate provides a legendary experience for every customer by assisting them in making buying decisions through identifying and evaluating needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
