This role involves securing firearms, checking in vendor representatives, and managing visitor logs. The associate is expected to support a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing returns, selling hunting and fishing licenses, administering incentive programs, maintaining product knowledge, staying aware of sales, and keeping the work area clean. The position requires assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
