About The Position
Since 1956 Doug Russell Marine has been a staple in the marine and boating industry. We're located on Route 20 in Worcester and looking to add a motivated and dependable full-time member to our customer service team. This is a full time position with the possibility for advancement into other roles for the right candidate looking for advancement.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Online order entry
- Phone order entry
- Fielding customer service related inquiries (both online and via telephone)
- Qualifying phone calls and routing them accordingly
- Assisting other dept. personnel as needed, such as sending emails, returning calls, and delivering messages to other department personnel
