We are seeking a talented, motivated, and service-minded individual to join the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Order Processing Specialist (OPS) servicing our Chicago (Mundelein) location. Requirements
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize on multiple long- and short-term projects, meeting all related deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Independent judgment, proactive thinking, and strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all levels of people inside and outside the organization
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a diverse group/variety of people and personalities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previously demonstrated customer-focused background

Responsibilities
- Support account coordinators, customers, and other functional areas of internal and external customer need
- Provide detailed reports for account coordinators to be utilized by our internal and external customers
- Gather, file, and organize data related to customer and internal needs
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry
- Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation for the Customer Service Department
- Work closely with teams to create an environment that supports the delivery of quality customer service to both internal and external customers
