1–2 years of customer service, order desk, inside sales or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
Receive and process customer orders by phone, email and in person.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
Prepare quotations and estimates for customers.
Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and recommend suitable alternatives when appropriate.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff and the outside sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate customer and order information within the system.
Contribute to a positive team environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
