About The Position

The City of Rockingham is seeking a dynamic and friendly Customer Service Officer to join their team. This role is primarily focused on providing customer service within a telephone contact centre, acting as the first point of contact for a diverse range of inquiries. The successful candidate will offer advice and appropriate solutions by actively listening and understanding customer needs. Additionally, the role involves providing efficient and effective cashier services, processing payments made over the counter, online, and via mail. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities
