About The Position

Join the dynamic team at ModWash, where the mission is to deliver a legendary car wash experience and help customers keep their vehicles clean all year-round. Guest Experience Members are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. They work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. The role involves educating customers on the value and savings of becoming a member and assisting them in selecting the best package to suit their needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
