We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our Client Operations team and play a key role in supporting our Canadian dealership clients. If you’re passionate about marketing, thrive in a client-facing role this role is for you. As a Customer Service Manager, you will own the day-to-day management, performance, and satisfaction of a portfolio of dealership clients across Canada. You’ll act as their strategic partner, guiding campaign execution, analyzing results, recommending improvements, and ensuring they get the most value from the Vicimus product suite. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that blends client success, digital marketing, analysis, and strategic thinking.
