Luck Stone Atlanta Plant is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist. This role is for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver top-notch service, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. The specialist will be the go-to link between customers, drivers, the sales team, and operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

3+ years in a customer-focused role where service excellence was essential, preferably in an office environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible, self-starting, punctual and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software.
Collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Critical thinker who uses resources efficiently.
Creative problem-solver who adapts quickly to last-minute changes.
Steady and composed under pressure in deadline-driven situations.

Responsibilities

Handle order entry, dispatch, scale operations, and ticket processing.
Assign contract and private haul trucks, provide accurate maps and directions, and navigate both city and rural routes while following weight restrictions.
Respond quickly to customer needs, providing practical solutions and maintaining service excellence.
Meet department performance standards and benchmark service levels.
Handle cash, process credit card payments and deposits, and make account adjustments as needed.
