Requirements
- 1 year of Customer service experience (any industry)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable multitasking and staying organized

Responsibilities
- Help customers apply for and understand loan options
- Process applications and verify documents accurately
- Follow up with customers to maintain and grow relationships
- Assist customers with payment plans and account solutions
- Make collection calls on past-due accounts (with training provided)
- Support daily branch operations and step in when needed
