Majors Management is seeking a Customer Service Leader for their location in Tuscaloosa, AL. This role reports to the Store Manager and can be either part-time or full-time. The position is onsite and requires meeting company customer service standards, following cash control policies, adhering to laws and regulations for regulated products, and obeying safety guidelines for food preparation. Responsibilities include detailed cleaning of the store, stocking and rotating products, completing training, and adhering to the company's code of ethics. The Customer Service Leader will also motivate sales associates to increase store sales and profitability through suggestive selling and assist the store manager in hiring, developing, and training staff.
