This role is responsible for meeting company customer service standards, following cash control policies, adhering to laws and regulations, obeying safety guidelines, performing cleaning and stocking duties, completing training, and following general rules of conduct. The Customer Service Leader also motivates sales associates to increase store sales and profitability and assists the store manager with hiring, developing, and training staff.
