About The Position

Blue Diamond Attachments is seeking a Customer Service Lead who excels at organization, coordination, and supporting team success. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure, consistency, and clear communication to a fast-paced environment. You’ll serve as a central point of coordination—ensuring accurate orders, strong communication across departments, and well-executed processes that support sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, sales support, or coordination experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
  • Team-oriented with the ability to support and guide others

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily customer service operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Verify product configurations, pricing, and availability to reduce errors
  • Maintain accurate and actionable data in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Support and reinforce standardized processes and best practices
  • Facilitate communication between Sales, Operations, and Customer Service
  • Monitor team performance and support KPI-driven results
  • Assist with sales promotions and campaign execution
  • Generate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Train and support team members on systems, processes, and expectations
  • Step in to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience
