About The Position

As a Customer Service Intern you will work with the Inside Sales team providing world class customer service to Mercury Dealers. You’ll gain experience working within a team-oriented environment, supporting sales goals through collaboration with your co-workers and field sales managers, as well as other internal stakeholders. The position includes working directly with dealers on order processing, product inquires, and process and procedure communication. This role is located at our Fond du Lac, WI location and operate in a flexible hybrid workplace environment. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program with a major in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits
  • Availability to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) during the summer of 2026
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, phone presentation skills, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Permanent US Work Authorization required

Responsibilities

  • Respond and support customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Use Salesforce.com to document and facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Regional Business Directors as well as cross-functional departments such as credit, supply chain and distribution
  • Utilize problem solving skills to make decisions within established policies and procedures
