About The Position

The Customer Internship is designed to help you develop leadership skills, gain technical knowledge, establish strong business skills, and understand TOPPAN's culture and processes. The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. Throughout the program you can expect to gain a better understanding of your leadership style and contribute to TOPPAN through valuable project work. This specific role as a Customer Service Intern will position you to be a successful Sales Emerging Leader with opportunities for future leadership in Customer Service. Working closely with experienced professionals, you'll learn to assess customer needs, build relationships, and contribute to our business's growth trajectory. This role offers hands-on experience and a solid foundation for a successful and financially rewarding sales career. This is an onsite position located in DeKalb, IL Our Thermoformed and Flexible Packaging business serves North America, Latin America and Europe with 22 locations. We create and manufacture sustainable packaging solutions. Our customers span the food, retail, and medical sectors. Our packaging meets the needs of a wide range of applications including snacks, condiments, healthcare items, prepared meals, fresh produce, coffee, and pet food.
