The Customer Service Insurance Agent role supports Interior Saving’s vision by developing valuable long-term relationships with clients, pro-actively determining and filling their insurance needs and providing them sound advice with high quality, tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. This Customer Service Insurance Agent position is a full time/onsite role working out of our Mission (Kelowna) branch, working a rotating schedule of Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday.
Requirements
- Willing to Train
Nice To Haves
- Level 1 Insurance License or CAIB 1
- Experience in personal lines or insurance agency work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for helping people and a positive attitude!
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and helping them with their insurance needs.
- Processing ICBC transactions and renewals.
- Selling personal lines and recreational vehicle insurance.
- Supporting claims and policy updates.
- Referring clients to our amazing team of specialists.
- Keeping things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Proactively manage client relationships; pursue internal opportunities, referrals, and external business growth opportunities.
- Foster business development through service excellence and product knowledge.
