Requirements

  • U.S. residency and legal authorization to work remotely from within the United States.
  • At least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check.
  • Active life insurance license preferred; willingness to obtain required licenses (assistance provided) acceptable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
  • Proficiency with standard business technology (phone systems, video conferencing, CRM software) and ability to maintain accurate digital records.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales, tele-sales, or insurance customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, outbound calling best practices, and remote sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound client outreach to assess needs and present suitable insurance products.
  • Explain product features, policy details, underwriting requirements, and premium options clearly and accurately.
  • Support policy maintenance tasks, including endorsements, beneficiary updates, and basic claims assistance while maintaining accurate records.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through timely, professional communication and follow-up.
  • Document client interactions and outcomes in the CRM and adhere to established compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies, share best practices, and meet team goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training to remain current on products, regulations, and market trends.
