About The Position
Kryger Glass is currently seeking an Customer Service Representative for our installation centers. We are an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest. This is a full-time hourly position located Downtown KC that includes benefits & vacation time. We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
- Customer Service Skills: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
- Strong organizational skills & sales skills
- Is consistently at work and on time.
Responsibilities
- Talks with customers by phone to assist with auto glass installation
- Determines charges for parts requested
- Schedules glass technicians
- Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
- Other duties may be assigned.
