About The Position
A leading distributor of factory automation components is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Lexington, KY.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, order processing, or a similar office position preferred
- Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal departments
- Candidates with general office experience but limited direct industry experience are welcome to apply
