About the position
We are looking for individuals who will provide a world-class customer experience to everyone we speak to on any channel they want to contact us in Benelux. You will be the face and voice of Butternut Box to new and existing customers, using various communication tools to keep customers informed and address their queries, issues, and feedback. Your role will involve bringing happy moments to our customers and their dogs, as well as passing on customer insights and feedback to contribute to strategic decisions for the future of the business. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help shape our culture and voice, bringing a fresh perspective to everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Being the face and voice of Butternut Box to new and existing customers.
- Using communication tools including phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat and social media to keep customers informed.
- Dealing with a wide range of queries, issues and feedback from our current and potential customer base.
- Bringing happy moments to the people (and dogs!) we serve.
- Passing on customer insights & feedback for us to turn those into strategic decisions for the future of the business.
- Helping to form our culture and voice, and bring a fresh pair of eyes to everything.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Dutch and English to a native written and verbal standard
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide a world-class customer experience
- Outgoing and hardworking
- Great communicator
- Cares deeply about customer experience
- Familiarity with communication tools such as phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media
- Ability to handle a wide range of queries, issues, and feedback from customers
- Ability to pass on customer insights and feedback for strategic decision-making
- Ability to work 39 hours per week, including regular weekend days and bank holidays
- Ability to work on a rolling rota basis
- Ability to bring a fresh perspective and contribute to the company's culture and voice
