Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet people who approach the kiosk and welcome them to Jackson Hewitt
• Provide basic information about our services
• Share the scheduling center phone number and help clients make tax appointments
• Answer general questions about the business
• Respond to message chats and emails through Google Suite with Jackson Hewitt Team
• Occasionally answer phones and make outgoing calls
• Help connect clients with the right resources to get their taxes completed
