About The Position

We are hiring full-time representatives for upcoming positions in New Brunswick. As a Bilingual Customer Service Government Representative, you will provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. Thanks to the equipment delivery and the team dedicated to support you, you will be able to start your training and grow your career right from the comfort of your own home.

Requirements

  • Speak English and French fluently
  • Be available during business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (EST)
  • Have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS
  • Have a secure, quiet space at home
  • Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!

Nice To Haves

  • Must be able to work from the Moncton centre if any business change would require it

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring a phone assistance
  • Kindly assist people by answering their questions related to administrative document renewal processes
  • Kindly assist people by scheduling in-centre appointments
  • Kindly assist people by directing them to another service, if needed
  • Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality
