Customer Service & Garment Care Associate (Part-Time)
About The Position
Ziker Cleaners is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join their team in South Bend. As a Customer Service & Garment Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their garments, processing orders, and helping with wash, dry, and fold services. This role is crucial in creating an exceptional customer experience. The position is part-time and requires availability during specific weekday hours, with potential for schedule variations based on business needs. While the primary location is in Granger, there may be opportunities to work at other Ziker locations in South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, and Elkhart.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, outstanding service
- Process garment drop-offs and pickups
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments
- Assist with wash, dry, and fold laundry orders
- Help customers learn about Ziker services, specials, and promotions
- Answer questions and assist with customer concerns
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Balance the cash drawer and complete closing responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly
