The hospitality team is often the first point of contact for new & existing guests for tours, reservations, information about our many services, and as such, this is one of the most important roles at Meyer’s. The team has both 1st Impression and Guest Relations staff who strive to take customers all the way to “Wow!”, doing work that matters. Meyer’s has a strong sense of community with many staff being part of the team for over 10 years building, innovating, and being part of something bigger than themselves. The Hospitality team is looking for a 1st Impressions Team Member who will be responsible for communicating with our customers, being empathetic to the issues they are facing, and guiding them to a plan which best fits their pets’ needs.
