About The Position

At Arjo, you’ll play a meaningful role in healthcare—helping hospitals and care teams provide safe, high-quality patient care. As a Customer Service Field Specialist, you’ll combine hands-on work, customer interaction, and problem-solving to support the people who care for others. This is not a typical delivery role—you’ll build relationships, support clinical staff, and make a real impact every day. You’ll start your day at our Hialeah service center, load your route, and travel locally to healthcare facilities. Throughout the day, you’ll interact with nurses and hospital teams, deliver and set up equipment, answer questions, and ensure everything meets their needs. No long-haul routes. No overnight travel (except during Training). Home every day.

Requirements

2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Must have a clean driving record
Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs
Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor south-Florida environment
Ability to travel, including: One week of training in San Antonio, TX; Additional travel opportunities to support service centers nationwide; Travel by commercial air for business needs

Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale Metro area
Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff
Build strong relationships through professional, responsive customer service
Ensure accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation
Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment to Arjo safety and quality standards
Operate a 20-foot box truck safely and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
