To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Customer Service Facilities Agent. The primary responsibility of the position is general construction, plumbing, and electrical maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and dependable to maintain daily productivity.

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask in a busy, fast paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
  • Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • General construction/plumbing/electrical skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
  • 10-year Criminal History Records Check
  • Drug screen as required
  • Proof of high school or GED completion
  • Minimum 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the terminal assigned
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
  • Ability to read blueprints

Responsibilities

  • General maintenance and repair to include basic plumbing, carpentry, hardware, painting, flooring, and electrical work
  • Maintain airport grounds including hangar, terminal, ramp areas, storage pods, parking areas, and offices
  • Conduct snow and weed removal
  • Complete daily maintenance of steam boiler
  • Maintain daily productivity with little or no supervision
  • Maintain effective completion of daily work orders
