About The Position

Stoneridge Community is looking to hire a Part-Time Customer Service Facilitator for our community. This position will provide fantastic customer service and work part-time shifts, including weekends and one or two Tuesday - Friday evenings. The role involves providing customer service while performing administrative and operational functions, assisting in providing a welcoming and safe environment, and working within a great team environment. This is an immediate opening.

Requirements

• 1-2 Years customer service experience a plus
• Integrity to maintain clubhouse, member and committee confidentiality
• General knowledge of computer software programs (Word-Based)
• Organized and responsive, communication skills
• Physical demands to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and visitors professionally and friendly
• Perform new member orientation
• Address basic questions
• Process Clubhouse forms, transactions and Petty Cash
• Administer Clubhouse Rules and Regulations
• Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
• Complete daily Clubhouse Checklist
• Ensure a neat environment
