Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling calls, responding with empathy, and resolving inquiries with a problem-solving mindset
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments efficiently to turn opportunities into booked calls and satisfied customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communicate clearly via phone, email, and text to ensure seamless interactions
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve issues, meet performance goals, and support overall business success
