About The Position

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and their families. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting any issues they may have with our equipment, and ensuring that our services meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of healthcare equipment and technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and services
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Educate clients on the use and maintenance of our equipment and services
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to provide the best possible service to clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
