A typical day includes working with program ladder logic, configuring CNC parameters, and setting up the HMI interface of new designs to meet customer and engineering team requirements. The role also involves assisting the team in the machine build process from commissioning through final qualification, and aiding in the selection of electrical hardware components for future equipment. Responsibilities include the integration of innovative CNC controls for complex multi-spindle machine tools, designing supporting control hardware and software, integrating peripheral equipment (vision, robotics, etc.), and full implementation during the commissioning and installation phases of projects.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
• Experience specific to FANUC Robotics, FANUC CNC/PMC, and Industrial HMI (WPF & C#) - including troubleshooting, programming, and integration is preferred.
• Other relevant experience with ladder logic, CNC controls, and industrial HMI will be considered
