About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), dispatching, and customer service
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic team player
  • Reliable transportation and ability to report onsite daily
  • Professional appearance and conduct

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AutoTask or other service dispatch management software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
  • Open and update service requests and tickets
  • Provide timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards to ensure complete customer satisfaction
