  • Keep the Day Flowing: Be the heartbeat of daily operations. You’ll keep our schedule running smoothly, making sure every technician is where they need to be and every customer feels taken care of.
  • Own the daily schedule by assigning the right technician to the right job.
  • Monitor the dispatch board in real time and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Coordinate with technicians, warehouse, and leadership to keep jobs on track.
  • Prepare next-day and two-week scheduling checklists to stay ahead of upcoming work.
  • Conduct post-job debriefs to confirm standards were met and capture key feedback.
  • Create Great Customer Experiences: Be the voice that customers remember. From the first hello to the final thank you, you’ll make every interaction professional, positive, and personal.
  • Serve as the first impression for customers, answering calls and understanding their needs.
  • Confidently turn inquiries into booked jobs through clear, friendly communication.
  • Present service options and explain value in a way that builds trust.
  • Follow up on open or canceled jobs to maximize conversions and keep schedules full.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, solutions-oriented approach on every call.

  • Proven experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service, preferably in the home services or electrical industry.
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch platforms.
  • Exceptional multitasking ability and composure under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sales-minded, customer-first approach.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a focus on results.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
