Responsibilities

Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
Assists in health and safety incident response as needed.
Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Identify customer needs and be able to ask clarifying questions.
Upsell value added products when applicable to customers.
Build sustainable relationships with customers, both internal and external.
Provide sales support to customers.
Receive orders and schedule them properly.
Give pricing for COD customers.
Record customer orders accurately into Command Data system.
Guide and recommend products for specific applications.
Work very closely with other team members to ensure customer commitments can be achieved.
Record all changes requested by customers accurately and promptly in Command and advise the dispatcher of such changes as soon as they have been recorded.
Responsible for order accuracy through attention to detail & timely correction to errors.
Other duties as assigned.
