About The Position

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers. This role involves loading/unloading vehicles onto the hauler, completing customer paperwork, and maintaining a clean driving record. Candidates must also obtain specific licenses/certifications within a set timeframe, such as a Notary, Chauffeur's license, Vehicle Verifier license, or Salesperson license, depending on the state. The position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions and sustain physical activity for extended periods.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather.
Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat.
Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs.
Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Must pass a drug test.
Must obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Nice To Haves

Commercial license is not required to drive the hauler, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with custom car haulers.
Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler.
Regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure it maintains safe driving conditions.
Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Obtain and maintain required licenses/certifications (e.g., Notary, Chauffeur's, Vehicle Verifier, Salesperson) as per state requirements and company sponsorship.
