Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year experience in a Customer Service role
  • Strong teamwork skills and inclination
  • Good communications skill – listening, providing and receiving feedback
  • Process improvement
  • Patience – ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • This position is onsite and candidate must be able to report to the office daily.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English / Japanese a plus. Ability to read, write and speak English and Japanese would be beneficial in working with customers

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding domestic and international relocations.
  • Prepare estimates, contracts, and service schedules.
  • Coordinate packing, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery.
  • Provide customers with schedules, required documents, and shipment updates.
  • Business support including bookings, board tracking, maintaining customer profiles and rates
  • Communicate with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Prepare and maintain relocation and customs-related documents.
  • Resolve service issues, including delays, damage, and lost items.
  • Support billing and other administrative functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
