About The Position

Support distribution center operations by coordinating clinical trial shipments, managing inventory, and resolving customer-related issues. You’ll partner with warehouse teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery of critical healthcare products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical trial requests, lot/date checks, and product quarantine using Salesforce
  • Track inbound inventory and coordinate outbound shipments, including carrier scheduling
  • Process and release orders to ensure on-time fulfillment
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues (shortages, returns, credits)
  • Partner with transportation and customer service teams to resolve shipment issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting
