About The Position

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and high-energy Customer Service Coordinator to support day-to-day customer and sales operations in a fast-paced plant environment. Serving as a critical bridge between customers, commercial sales, supply chain, and manufacturing operations, this role executes orders, coordinates logistics, reconciles consignment inventory, and ensures billing accuracy. Requirements

2+ years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, inside sales, logistics, or order management.
Manufacturing, industrial, or blue-collar industry background preferred (open to all industries; B2B or B2C experience accepted).
High School Diploma / GED required.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP); must be tech-savvy and adaptable to system transitions.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
Understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes, high-volume purchase orders, and precise invoicing protocols.
High sense of urgency, detail-oriented, energetic, and proactive with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pre-employment drug and background check required.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is fully accepted.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and input customer purchase orders into the ERP system.
Manage order modifications, schedule updates, and send timely order confirmations.
Maintain forecasts, monitor open orders, and follow up with production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Provide responsive support via phone and heavy email communication regarding pricing, product availability, order tracking, and general inquiries.
Serve as a key liaison between external customers, commercial sales, logistics, and internal plant operations.
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and transportation activities, including tracking shipments and liaising with outside warehouses and 3PL partners.
Timely reconcile consignment inventory and ensure proper documentation and billing.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing aligned with pricing, shipments, and customer requirements.
Support cross-functional departments including Finance, Engineering, ITC, Supply Chain, and Purchasing.
