About The Position
We're hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to help our existing customers get the service they need after their home improvement project is complete. You'll communicate with customers, manage service requests and coordinate technician schedules for window, roofing, siding and gutter service. No home improvement experience? That's okay. We'll train you on our products and processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of professional work experience
- Customer service or call center experience
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Answering and responding to customer service requests
- Monitoring service tickets and following up with customers
- Scheduling service technicians and appointments
- Coordinating technician schedules by geographic area
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their service
- Helping resolve customer questions and concerns
- Assisting customers who contact or visit the office
- Learning our windows, roofing, siding and gutter products so you can better assist customers
