About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Ace Appliance Sales & Service, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers in Toledo, OH. Join our dynamic team to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients. This is a part-time role requiring 23 hours per week, with the work location at 3724 Airport Hwy. Toledo 43615. The required hours are Friday 10:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday 8 am to 4 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 3 pm. Days off are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
