Remote Customer Service Consultant
About The Position
AO Globe Life is expanding its leadership team and seeking experienced, motivated professionals who are passionate about coaching others, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences—all within a fully remote environment. In this role, you'll support both clients and team members by conducting virtual consultations, mentoring representatives, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based computer with webcam
- Professional home office environment
- Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (licensing guidance provided)
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
- Educate clients on available benefit options
- Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
- Recruit, mentor, and coach new representatives
- Lead virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training calls
- Set performance expectations and monitor individual and team progress
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture
- Support professional development through ongoing mentorship and leadership coaching
