Customer Service Consultant
About The Position
Bergstrom Ford Lincoln of Neenah is seeking an entry-level Service Consultant to join their team. As Wisconsin's largest dealership, Bergstrom Automotive prioritizes exceptional guest experiences, innovation, integrity, and team member growth. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service and advancing their careers within a supportive environment. The Service Consultant will be responsible for greeting guests, explaining services, preparing repair orders, communicating with technicians, monitoring vehicle status, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Annual pay averages $45,000+ based on $17.00/hour plus monthly performance bonuses.

- Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Automotive knowledge (a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training!).
- Enjoy helping others!
- Previous automotive experience is not required.
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Banking, Customer Service, Sales, Call Centers, Healthcare, or Reception is beneficial.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
- Review guests' maintenance needs and clearly explain recommended services.
- Prepare repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with the service technicians to ensure timely service completion.
- Monitor the status of vehicles and keep guests informed throughout the process.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience by addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to reflect Bergstrom’s standards of excellence.
