As a Collection Associate you will be responsible for assisting consumers to resolve their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)
• Computer and typing skills required
• Excellent attendance
• Self-starter with great attention to detail
• Customer service mindset
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong work ethic
• A competitive spirit, an unrelenting drive to be the best
• Ability to learn new information and integrate processes
