Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels of communication applicable and/or supports to update customer’s account information

- Navigate company systems to update customer information and process requests accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling high-volume calls.
- Adhere to financial sector compliance and security protocols.
