About The Position

Rainbow Blossom is hiring a Customer Service Team Member / Closing Person-in-Charge (PIC). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, hands-on work, and customer interaction. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact on the sales floor during your shift, assist staff and customers with questions or concerns, assign tasks, monitor breaks, and help manage staffing challenges. You will also open or close the store, including safe and register counts, and maintain safety and operational standards while communicating with management. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service, help customers find products, process purchases, and keep shelves stocked and organized. This position reports to the Store Manager and requires open availability, willingness to work nights and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must have open availability
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Lift up to 20 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
• Stand, walk, twist, squat, kneel, or climb as needed
• Occasionally work in coolers or freezers
• Positive attitude with strong professionalism
• Friendly, enthusiastic customer interactions

• Open to feedback and learning
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
