About The Position

Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly is a 100% employee-owned grocery chain with 10 locations in Southeastern Wisconsin, recognized as a "Top Workplace" for several consecutive years. This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and is responsible for providing superior service to customers and employees. The basic function is to perform administrative, customer service, and general housekeeping duties to ensure the front end of the store is well-maintained, safe, and running efficiently.

• Previous experience working as customer service in a retail/grocery environment.
• Prior experience working as a Front End Associate for Fox Brothers Piggly Wiggly is most desirable.
• Able to perform department operations, practices and procedures within a retail/grocery environment.
• Be self-directed, results oriented, project a positive business image and lead by example.
• Good attention to detail and follow through skills.
• Good customer relations’ skills.
• Meet department productivity, policy, standard operating procedures, quality and safety requirements.
• Works efficiently with weights, measures, scales and tally unit product retail prices.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate certain department equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working as a Front End Associate for Fox Brothers Piggly Wiggly is most desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers and employees.
• Perform administrative functions.

• Operate scanners, cash registers, calculators, and basic office equipment such as a fax and copier.
• Perform basic computer entries.
• Operate department equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
